2: Volleys , Dinks And Drives
Volley Technique:
Teaching the basics of volleying, including proper footwork and paddle positioning.
Dinking Basics:
Introduction to the dink shot, its importance, and how to execute it effectively within the kitchen.
Volley & Dink Drills:
Partner drills focused on controlling volleys and dinks at the net.
Drives:
Hitting the ball with the right swing.

Return of Serve:
Techniques for returning the serve, focusing on positioning and footwork.

Drill on how to catch the ball and toss the ball from the side of body timing and rhythm:
Coordination of placement , positioning and height of ball bounce

5.Game Strategy

Understanding where to position yourself during various phases of play.

Learning when to play defensively and when to attack.
Doubles Strategy:
Introduction to basic doubles play strategy, focusing on communication and court coverage.
6: Rules in Detail
